Today is the victory day in Europe. It is the remembrance at this day in 1945 when the Germans signed the unconditional surrender. This was the end of the Second World War in Europe, which destroyed so many lives and caused so much suffering for the people. Here in germany is it the liberation day. if we are together this evening, we should think about this.

The reconstruction of the destroyed regions also began on this day. For Western Europe it was the beginning of a new era, and the Americans were not only liberators, they became friends.

But back to the friendship and the support of the USA. Unfortunately, some of the people in europe and north america forget this today. And the countries of Europe have become partners and friends, and today it is trust and friendship that determine relations. And together this part of the world stayed together.

Especially in these days where there is again demarcation and xenophobia. Where it is only about "me and my country first" and not about the peaceful coexistence of peoples and cultures, it should be worth a moment to think about it. SecondLife may not be real, but people from all countries and cultures come together here. And all without prejudice and xenophobia. It is exciting to learn about other countries, to get to know people and to see other cultures. Ok, we also have borders here in SecondLife, sometimes you want your privacy, but even in the real world there are closed apartments, And only by the way I don't like these yellow lines at all, or the Security Orbs without warning time.

Come and join us this evening.
