Tonight, we leave the beach behind and descend Under the Lagoon for a magical Mermaid event.

Bring your most imaginative aquatic creation. Mermaid tails, sea queens, ocean spirits, sirens, sailors, underwater creatures, pearls, shells, flowing hair, glowing accessories and anything else your Second Life imagination can invent.

For one evening, Camp Sunshine gets a Bavarian makeover. Think rustic festival tables, warm lights, pretzels, hearty food, steins, cheerful music and that unmistakable Oktoberfest feeling where complete strangers somehow become drinking buddies within ten minutes.

Your outfit is part of the entertainment. Go traditional, glamorous, funny, over-the-top or invent your own Sunshine version of Bavarian style.

And remember: at Oktoberfest, nobody asks why you're dancing on the table.

Bring your finest formal look. Gowns, tuxedos, suits, evening dresses, elegant accessories, dramatic hairstyles and whatever personal touch makes your avatar feel like they just stepped into the opening scene of a very expensive movie.

Labor Day is supposed to be about taking a break.

We take that responsibility very seriously.

Sunshine Garden becomes the perfect end-of-summer escape: green lawns, flowers, warm evening air and a relaxed garden atmosphere made for good music, easy conversation and absolutely no business meetings.

The dress code is casual, which means you can keep it simple or interpret "casual" with the glorious creative freedom only Second Life can provide.

Welcome to the Wrong Side of Sunshine

Cheap BBQ. Bad Decisions. Great Neighbors.
Peep the trailer, grab a beer-shaped prop and leave your dignity somewhere near the mailbox. 

Forget polished gardens and fancy dinner parties. This time we're heading to Sunshine Trailer Park, where the grill is questionable, the lawn decorations have opinions, and somebody definitely has a suspiciously large cooler.

It's Trailer Park BBQ time.

Dress trashy, tacky, chaotic, proudly questionable or gloriously over-the-top. Think small-town summer, faded lawn chairs, BBQ smoke, old trailers, plastic flamingos and neighbors who know far too much about everybody else's business.

Come for the food.

Stay because someone started an argument about whose grill is better.

Peep the construction site... there’s work to be done, and some workers are definitely causing distractions.

Forget the office, forget the beach, and forget looking respectable for one evening. Tonight, Sunshine Street is officially under construction.

Expect hard hats, work boots, tool belts, reflective gear, denim, dusty clothes and the unmistakable confidence of someone who apparently knows exactly what they're doing. Whether you're the foreman, the newest recruit, the mechanic, the surveyor or simply someone who wandered onto the site looking suspiciously good in a safety vest, there's a role waiting.

Sunshine Street becomes a playful construction zone tonight, with DJ Yezika providing the soundtrack. Bring your imagination, your best worksite attitude and maybe a toolbox. You never know what might need fixing. 🔨👷‍♀️👷‍♂️
