We all need some fitness training after the Christmas holidays to get our bodies back in shape. That was the idea for today's topic and we met in our Sunshine Gym. Our fitness coach tonight was DJ Yezika who together with Ruby and Vanny Nightwish provided the appropriate entertainment. We started at 5pm, our friends and guests were invited to join us with workout clothes and jogging suits. This event was the assignment of our 1,000- member-week, so we doubled the jackpot in the contest already at the beginning. Since last week we are about this border in our Sunshine Rocker group.

Now we celebrate already some days Halloween and have collected thereby also each quantity of sweets. Dressed up as ghosts, witches and gnomes we went through the streets and called out "Trick & Treat" again and again. There were also lots of sweets. Who doesn't know that. And of course we ate most of them and gained weight. So now it was time for a workout together. And we have the right venue and wanted to invite our friends and guests to a workout in our Sunshine Gym. Work Off that Candy was our 7th Halloween event. We asked oour guests and friends to join us in workout clothes that somehow fit to Halloween. Maybe Blood or scary faces, or only halloween patters and colors. It should be a combination of spooky and sporty. we wanted host an unique spooky sporty Halloween event.

We've come up with something special for today. We haven't been to our Sunshine Gym since spring and wanted to go for a workout in the Warehouse, which was converted into a huge fitness studio. But how could you organize a special workout on a Tuesday? As always we expected DJ Yezika and the Nightwishes who would entertain us. 

Now is Zumba a protected kind of events and we don't wanted give the impression that it is a regular Zumba event. So we called the event tonight "Fitness Class". But everyone should know that our themes only an event idea in SL and you can't make a physical workout. But back to topic. A strenuous physical work-out composed of Latin American dance movements. So Latin American music fits very well. 

And DJ Yezika is our Latina Queen, she showed us this with some special events like "Salsa Night", "Havana Night" and "South of the Border Music Festival". We were sure that she would let us sweat with fast Latin American rhythms that can be danced. We invited all friends and guests  to put on workout clothes and sneakers and come to our workout.

The Easter period is also always associated with food and family celebrations. And even if the children go into the garden to look for eggs, for us often with so little exercise. The summer is ahead of us, we want a bikini figure and tanned skin. So it's the best time to stop by the gym and do a workout together with friends. Now it's certainly not that in SecondLife itself, but maybe it gives us the necessary impulse to make it real.

That's why we went to our Sunshine Gym again and did a fitness workout for the weekend. And a lot people followed our invitation and worn hottest outfit for a workout.
