Sunshine Realm's Farm Aid 2nd Day
And today was the second day of our Farm-Aid Festivals at the Sunshine Realm. Already yesterday we opened the new venue and had a nice evening. Today it should continue and we were curious how many visitors would come. Everything was prepared and also DJ Yui came almost on time. She had to take some pictures quickly, but her stream was already running.
At 4pm we had a party on our new farm and the first guests arrived. So it got crowded and we had over 55 guests that evening. Shortly before the end of the main event it warned 49 people on the festival place. And Yui had put together a nice set, we danced and laughed, and drank wine (also in RL). Sometimes it is really crazy how SL influences our RL. Hopefully also with the fact that we were able to increase the sensitivity for the daily problems of the family farms.
As there were more than 30 participants in the contest, we increased the initial prize money from 1,000 L$ to 1,250 L$. And also today most of the participants were considerate, at least we hardly noticed any problems. Neither during the event nor during voting. So 38 people cast their votes.
Shortly before 6pm we said goodbye to the guests and wished everybody a nice rest of the weekend. It was a nice week at Sunshine Realm. On Tuesday we will continue with a Memorial Day celebration, and already on Sunday with the Live Event and Joaquin Gustav. So the Sunshine Family will meet again, but the big events are done for the week.
At 6pm we finished the main event and DJ Yui said goodbye. DJ Polpeta took over the entertainment again. She increased the tempo and we started into the after-party. That also means again undressing and sexy Sunshine Gals topless. And men too ;).
We danced and laughed a lot. And talked in the group about ideas for new events. We also discussed the events for the next 2 weeks. So it's worth to have a look at the "Upcoming Events" again. Unfortunately I don't have enough time for the blog in the current situation. I hope the information will help anyway, and the posts will remain a good memory of nice hours here in our SL, together with friends.
But at 8pm it was over. Again we had a high traffic value, this time even 1,500 more than yesterday. It was 7,546. And also the number in the group rising again at 1,093. Let's see what the new week brings us.
