Rules for Events at Sunshine Realm
If you are a member of the Sunshine Cove Rocker group, you should receive the group chat messages and notices. We will inform this group about the next events and invite them. We will try to keep them free of spam as much as possible.
If you use the chat function or respond to information, please only provide information and additions about the events here at the Sunshine Realm. Each abuse ends immediately with a ban.
In addition there is the page "Upcoming Events" here in the blog, where we inform about the next events. We also publish our events in the SecondLife calendar, but there our entries are not displayed via the search function, because it is an adult rated Sim.
Attention! Even though we have opened the Sim to the public and invite everyone to join us, it remains a private Sim. We have the householder's rights and reserve the right to eject and ban any person who does not abide by the rules, insults us and damages us by gossip out of the sim. After an apology we will decide together if we want to delete bans again.
It goes without saying that the TOS also apply in our Sim.

General behaviour
We want all our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy our events and have time to relax. We can all contribute to this. We expect a polite appearance from our guests and staff. Insults, defamations and slander have to be omitted. Please always keep sufficient distance to other avatars and respect the personal distance. Wait until you are completely rezzed and do not run into others. Thrusting others is forbidden or provocative. If someone asks you to keep distance, follow that.We want every guest to actively participate in the local chat. But this does NOT mean firing and spamming the local chat with gestures. Use this sparingly and appropriate to the situation. For example, applause at the end of a song during a live performance. Always try to keep the chat readable and not to deter other guests. This also includes the use of these automatic translators. These are not only mostly horrible, they also spam the local chat unnecessarily and make it more difficult for everyone else to follow the conversation in the local chat. The common language in the Sunshine Realm is English! If you need a translator, use it outside the SecondLife Viewer and copy it into the chat and back again. My recommendation for you is that you learn English as well and that you can eventually get along without a translator.
We don't care what happens in other Sims or RL. Leave it outside the door when you come to us. We don't want to settle your quarrels. Anyone who harasses other guests and makes them feel uncomfortable will be banned.
We have sufficient opportunities to use our dances. Use the couple dances only if you have a partner. Otherwise choose the male and female dances. These are selected via the red (female) and blue doll (male) on the side of the pole with the rainbow ball (pair dance). Do not jump unasked into the animation of another.
The Sunshine Realm is a Sim for adults and in the course of the event Sunshine Girls but also guests can go naked. But the naked appearance and running around with an erect cock (cock walking) is not allowed. Look at us to decide if its ok to be just naked or not. You will find adult toys with animations in some places. These should not be used during the events.
In the end, it's a club. Admission to all events is free. We use TipJars to pay tips to the Sunshine Girls. Payments should be made via TipJars. Freelancing is not allowed. It is always the personal decision whether, which girl and how much tip will be paid. If we are informed that a Sunshine Girl is begging for a tip or complains that she has not received a tip, we will warn her and ban her if necessary. The same happens if we informed about girls who get tips without to be a Sunshine Girl. Or girls who ask guests to give tips.
Clothes
Misty and I are always looking for new ideas for events and build new venues or redesign the existing ones. Sometimes we delete one of the old places to make room for something new. We look for suitable decorations and decorate the places for these events. Bic often creates textures and banners. We want to create a very special atmosphere, and it's this constant change to the 12 different venues that makes the Sunshine Realm so special. And this also includes the active Sunshine Girls, who accept our challenge every week anew and are looking for suitable clothes for the theme. And many of our guests come to the contests with suitable clothing and often surprise us. All this together makes the Sunshine Realm so unique and special. So that everyone can prepare themselves and no unnecessary stress arises, we publish the topics for the events in my blog beforehand. So everyone should have enough time. Anyone who comes along with a theme of unsuitable clothing destroys the mood for everyone else. And it becomes impossible or more difficult to take pictures. This is no different in real life, when I go to a nightclub, I put on a short cocktail dress and the men's suits. And no one will go to a restaurant in a bikini or to a restaurant in jogging pants. That would be disrespectful and you would be asked to leave. Then why do you think you can come to SecondLife in unsuitable clothes? Be fair to everyone else and choose the right clothes before you come. We look forward to welcoming you then.
Heads up! Please, do not use any permanent blinking clothes, be it shoes, watches or jewelry. Or ultrabright jewelry and wristwatches. And also some hair seems to be nuclear contaminated. Do not do anything to bother other guests.
Please do not use first generation ultra-bright facelights that illuminate 10 meters around you. I once wrote a blog about facelights, there are really decent alternatives to nuclear powered facelights today.
Unfortunately, there are also always technical problems and some do not get the outfits matched and appear as a red cloud for others. This destroys the atmosphere for the others and makes participation in the competition impossible. So please understand that we also prohibit participation here and ask people to leave the venue.
Attention: Unfortunately in SecondLife there is the possibility to make an avatar invisible with a bot tool and also hide the name and group tag. These tools disqualify visitors automatically in each contest and we will eject them. Should the use of these scripts be repeated, we will also ban these avatars.
And stop superfluous emitters like hearts and attached permanent sound effects. And use gestures and sound effects considerately. Don't flood the local chat with more or less senseless gestures.
In the end it remains a contest and a vote. Asking for votes in exchange is not desired. It is annoying when people keep asking. If you don't have any friends in SL, try to talk to them first and make friends.
If there are many participants, or SecondLife and the region are in trouble, there may be an increased lag during the contest and especially during the voting. The board may only be clicked once during a cycle. Each click is processed, and multiple clicks only intensify the lag for everyone else. If we notice a participant who clicks on the board several times in quick succession, we will not only take that participant out of the contest, we will also throw out the one from the contest who benefited from the multiple clicks.
Everyone is welcome, and if someone has such a poor SecondLife without friends, or wants to gain advantages, I just feel sorry for the person behind it. There he should go fishing better, or pursue a first-class activity. But it is not our decision what someone does with his SecondLife. What are we doing to make it more difficult for these ALT farmers? We always have new and sometimes unusual and complicated topics and expect suitable outfits from all guests. People who are not prepared and don't have outfits that match the theme will be contacted and later ejected. There is also the blogpost "some about our events". So if an ALT farmer wants to participate, he is like an extra and contributes to the atmosphere in the club. Then the profit in the contest is a low wage. We run our contests in split mode and reduce the risk that an ALT farmer will win again and again and nothing remains for the others.
We expect everyone to abide by these rules and behave accordingly. Not running into other people, not penetrating into the personal distance of another person and not harassing other guests. We hope for active participation in the event. We expect that people we write to about problems will also respond promptly and will not be AFK for long. Should this happen we will reject them from the Sunshine Realm. And we expect that when voting the rules will be followed and only once clicked on the board. Here we eject people we don't know who clicks multiple times when we can find them and the person who clicks gets them.
It's also used against us every now and then. That here are only ALTs and not lost. This is also GOSSIP and an insinuation and mostly comes from people who are at odds with us. Or from people who know people who are locked with us. Or simply also ALTs are. The vast majority of our visitors are active and actively participate in our events. We have known many of them for a long time. So we can deal well with the ALT farmers on the one hand and the slanderers on the other.
We hope to end these discussions here.

Contest
We organize the contests to support the atmosphere during the contest. We reserve the right to take any participant out of the contest if she or he doesn't have clothes matching the theme or behaves improperly in any other way. This also includes the behaviour during the vote. As privacy protection is important to all of us, we do not question participants with ALTs. However, we expect everyone to behave actively. Since we are on a technical platform, we cannot guarantee the success of the contest and can cancel it at any time due to technical problems. In the end it remains a contest and a vote. Asking for votes in exchange is not desired. It is annoying when people keep asking. If you don't have any friends in SL, try to talk to them first and make friends.

ALTs
It is a constant topic and repeats itself again and again. And it is a constant cause for discussion with guests. We want active guests who participate in our events to really want to listen to music. I think that is a matter of course. But I have already written it. Privacy is an important personal right in the USA and Germany. And I think it's the same in most countries where our friends come from. So fortunately it is not possible for us and also not allowed to check the IP addresses of our visitors. So we don't know who uses ALTs and who doesn't. Of course we also make observations and have theories. And I'm also convinced that there are ALT farmers with tons of ALTs who jump from event to event but park their avatars but don't participate in the action. We call them zombies or contest junkies. But it's not up to us to judge and even less to listen to the constant GOSSIP in SecondLife and therefore judge guests.Everyone is welcome, and if someone has such a poor SecondLife without friends, or wants to gain advantages, I just feel sorry for the person behind it. Any person who adheres to it is welcome at the Sunshine Realm!
