New Year's Eve Party, Welcome 2018

After the opening of our Winterland to our Christmas Party at 12/23/2017 and events between the days was this the last party in the Winterland. We did organized 2 DJs for 4 hours of fun, and a firework at the end finished this wonderful evening.

I did found Winter Moon at my way through winter sims  in the holiday season. This time is special, in both worlds. I spent some time here and enjoyed this special vibe in this beautiful sim.

I listened an old song before i did login in Secondlife. As I looked around i remembered me this song. Dreams are more important as knowledge. Only dreams bring us forward, if we lost this, the world will stay. And SecondLife is a world build with dreams and imaginations.

After the last dance at Sunshine Cove on December 8th, I had to open my garage to the public. For underground rock and the Halloween event I had the necessary equipment, so I just had to put all my courage together and do it. And so the first official party started in my sim. And the name "Haunted Garage" was found to the Halloween Event.

That day was a sad one. Only a few days before, Misty had decided to close this club after 9 months. We had experienced a lot together, had learned even more, and had grown together. We wanted to use the last evening before the rental contract for the sim ended and we had to clean up everything, for a last event. The Last Dance at the Sunshine Cove.

We had the Thanksgiving in the USA last week, All over the world its usual to say Thanks for a good harvest and the gifts which we became from the earth. Whereever you live, Thanksgiving in the USA and Canada, others say maybe "jour d'action de grâce" or "Erntedankfest" or "dia de ação de graças"

We started this weekend with a Thanksgiving Party. We changed some in the skybox for the autumn vibe and decorated the place for Thanksgiving. DJ Valantine was here and spinned rocking music for us. 

A lot guests followed our invitation and came with wonderful costumes to this event.

After the wonderful SciFi event in our new space station and the stress with the grieffer I didn't want to switch back to my normal body immediately and decided to make a trip to Pandora as Na'vi. John accompanied me and I was looking forward to a special evening.

With the 2nd event in the space station we wanted to follow up on the success of our superhero event. We were all very happy, and after my excursions into the colorful Sims around the Pandora theme I got a Na'vi Avatar. And since this is a SciFi movie, and we also steer avatars through a strange (virtual) world here in SecondLife, that was also my outfit. John came as a male counterpart, I had met him days before in Pandora and he came as a friend later to some of the events.

Inspired by the successful events over the summer and especially around Halloween we were looking for new ideas and challenges. So the idea for SciFi events was born in a specially equipped space station, which hung in sight above the Sunshine Cove. In the days before we decorated it, it was impressive what Misty had in the inventory. So we created an inclined level to a deck with technology as stage, and a metal level as dance floor. 

Since we wanted to celebrate the weekend here, we planned a Superheros party as an introduction.

Since we had specialized more and more in special events with adapted event places, we also wanted to celebrate the Veteran Day accordingly. At the side of the Club Room we built an asphalted place with bridles, lanterns and military vehicles, and a temporary stage on a truck. Our Veteran Special could begin. DJ Valantine spinned amazing music for this event and this place. And a lot guests followed our invitation.

This was our 4th and last event to Halloween 2017 the Monsters Prom Date (Bloody Formal event). We went up to the skybox and there in the spooky garden aside of the warehouse with our friends and guest. Valantine built a spucky cemetery and we decorated the place, an amazing place for a spucky halloween party.

This was our third Halloween event at the Sunshine Cove. For this we went to the Warehouse in the Skybox and celebrated 2 hours with our friends and guests. Be not scared, the last days at earth are broken up and Zombies are all over. The theme is Zombie Apocalypse ;) Evil to him who evil thinks' when the association of the Zombie theming springs to mind.

The 2nd Halloween Party was themed as Horror Movie Halloween. 

We moved the second Halloween 2017 Party from Sunshine Cove to the Haunted Parking Garage. This is outside of the Cove in my land. We rezzed a Teleporter in the Landing Area of the Sunshine Cove, which brought our guests to this secret place. I decorated the Garage for the event.

With the Terror on the Beach Party we will start with our friends and guests in the pre halloween weekend at Sunshine Cove. Our wonderful DJ Valantine, well-known from the Monster Rock Friday Parties here and at the trails end club before, will open the party and spinning rocking music for us. We will start right at 3pm slt and celebrate with our friends and guests until 6pm slt. And of course the beautiful sunshine girls will be there to entertain you.

Octoberfest time. This is a popular fest, not only in munich and bavaria. We will bring this to SecondLife too and celebrate a wonderful party with our friends and guests. And which place could be better, as the beautiful garden in the skybox about the Sunshine Beach? Come and enjoy the company of friendly people, watch the beautiful girls dancing in dirndl dresses and drink alot beer.

We found an old warehouse in the sky about the Sunshine Cove Beach Club and celebrated a Grunge Party there some weeks ago (Cool kids don't sleep at 9/12). Like usual we had a lot fun to prepare this place together for the event. And with sough the right outfit. Some with Jeans, and full hair with perms. We were very curious about the music which Candy would choice to entertain us.

As i build my new land i rezzed an Underground Parking Garage in it. If you know me, you will understand why. I love dark places in SecondLife and wanted this war some of my adult cars. As i showd this place to Misty she wished to make an Event here. I started to learn and bought the equipment for DJs, DJ + Host tipjars and the staff. We wanted make ths event before we start with the Halloween Preparations.

We found an old industrial building in the sky about the Sunshine Cove. We were really surprised. And we opened a temporary Club in this wonderful building. This is the perfect vibe for our grunge night.

Yeah, we wanted go back to the 50s with our guests at 29th of August 2017. Our Sock Hop Party in the Summer Garden about the Sunshine Cove was special. We opened the Skybox with the garden again for our guests and our DJs Valantine and later Yezika spinned amazing music from the epoch. 

A lot guests found some matching clothes and dances with us in the SL night. It was so much fun!

I happened to meet Anakha Emouchet today on a beach somewhere in SecondLife. We talked for a while until we realized that we were both photographing, which is important to both of us. So he asked me if I could not be a model for him. After a short preparation time he invited me to Baja Norte.

The Sim is beautiful, not just for taking pictures. It is always worth a visit.

We wanted another Formal Ball and chose the garden on the platform for this event. Valantine built a new Garden aside the Club Room Building at the Skyplatform and I helped her with the decoration. It was supposed to be a "black and white" party. Valantine had prepared it beautifully. And we met in heaven for a wonderful event. DJ Valantine opened the event with a wonderful set till DJ Yezika took over the entertainment. 

I am sure, we will keep this special event in our memories.

After a break we started to organize and host special events. The first events were at the Ground and we decoreated the Beach Club self. Look at the Cinco de Mayo Party, Independence Day, Bastille Day and Ball Room Blitz in the months before. This month opened the new Room Club at the Sky Platform.

The idea for the Pirates Party was generated during the opening party for the Room Club. We had the space at the skybox and a lot ideas for this. We prepared a Pirate Bay for the next party after the opening event for the Room Club. 

Its needed only 2 hours and the work of 4 friends and an authentical place was born. Our guests came mostly with matching outfits, and we had a lot fun as pirate or wench.

We rezzed a new Sky Platform during the preparations for our Ball Room Blitz Party. First its seems not possible to change the Beach Club for the antique temple. And we needed a a place to built the Temple before we could move ti to the ground.

We wanted a new Place for Formal Dance Nights through the Ball Room Blitz. So created Valantine at this Platform a new Club Building, she named it "The Room Club".  The first event here was a formal night than. With this step we extended the options for the organziation of special events. And it should be the hour of birth for the later Room Club. 

The Building is a classy Corpus with matching furnitures and special lighting.

The Ballroom Blitz was the first in a series of events for which we created an independent location just for this one event. So the effort and preparation time was bigger than at the events before, where we only decorated, or had a skybox for a limited time. We also wanted a synergy between our club and the changed location. 

I prepared the new build for this event with Misty, Valantine and Bic. Valantine had a Skybox and I transferred the measurements of the Beachclub with markingprims to the platform. We built the new temple in the air and moved it down. For this Misty changed some, the Mainstage with the DJ Nest is removed for the time of the Ballroom Blitz, so we could built a great greek temple over the dance floor and changing the tiki beach club in the temple for our first formal night. Thanks Misty, Valantine and Bic for the fun, to prepare this together.

The 14th of July is annually the Bastille Day, or better the "La fete nationale". France, this great Nation, celebrates the national holiday at this day with proud and in a mass of blue and white and red. Walk with us through the Arc de Triompe to the stage and look up to the eiffel tower. Today we get Paris to the Sunshine Cove.

The Sunshine Cove is a place where friends meet friends. And so we share a lot. The Independence Day is the most important holiday for our friends from the USA. It was self-evident to make a big party together with all our friends. The sim was lovely decorated in blue and red, and 2 DJs played awesome music for us. Thanks for all friends who were with us at this special day.

The First Day of the Sunshine Cove Beach Club

Today is a special day. Misty rented new land in SecondLife and we started to create a new Club. We worked together and a new beach club was born. This club should be an event space like the Trails End Club before, but a bit more sexy like the Cream Dance Club. Should this be possible? A typical Tiki Beach Setup with Landing Docks in front of this, some small stages with poles and Lapdance Chairs.
