Preparation of Cinco de Mayo

Like every year we have prepared a party for Cinco de Mayo. And so we have continued very nice and successful parties in the previous years. The Clubs of the Sunshine Cove Family have a long tradition of special events. Cinco de Mayo is a famous day for our friends from Mexico and Latin America. And its a very funny and colorful party. We celebrate it in the "Cream Dance Club" in 2015, in the "Trails End Music Hall" in 2016 and last in the unforgettable "Sunshine Cove Beach Club" in 2017 and as Street Festival here at the Sunshine Realm last year. Last year were the Preheating Party at Friday and the Holiday Party at Saturday self.

This party is really one of the most colourful events, and of course also here at the Sunshine Realm. And Mexico, that somehow only fits to our Caribbean beach. So we prepared the new beach club and met at the beach.

We met at 4pm. The first ones were already there, DJ Yuimetal had prepared a wonderful set. And so it was a colorful evening with traditional music. It is always nice when after the preparation the tension drops and the first guests come. Somehow most of them didn't find the beach and stayed in the club, but it was a nice evening. And so I wasn't the girl in the middle and could use the time for myself. 

We had opened the contest with 1,250 L$. But the usual contest visitors didn't come at the beginning. So we were happy that most of our friends were there. And almost all of them had dressed accordingly. It was really wonderful to look at.

In the evening there were more than 40 visitors. Maybe we had expected a few more, but that really can't be predicted.  Anyway 37 were together in the club and on the beach. The voting was a bit faltering, it was again a bit more laggy than normal. But how could we finish it on time? There were 24 votes. And after the payout of the win most of them left us, but most of the time it really starts at our parties.

DJ Polpeta took over the entertainment for us, and also she decided for Mexican music first.She increased the speed later and played more modern music. It was a wonderful set. It was time for the after-party, so many of us dressed a bit more revealingly, the first clothes fell when everyone came to the beach. There were 12 people left for the after-party.
