Prepare for Mother's Day Party

In most countries of the world, the second Sunday in May is Mother's Day. This year it is the 5/12/2019. Now there is no event on Sunday in our Sunshine Realm, so we used the evening before to make a "Prepare for Mother's Day" Party. We wanted to honor all our mothers on the eve of Mother's Day. We met us in the beautiful Sunshine Garden and spended 2 hours with our friends and guests. DJ Yuimetal entertained us this evening with a wonderful set of romanic music. The event was a festive ball in the garden, and most of our guests followed the theme. Women came in festive gowns, and a lot men in suits. It was a really amazing evening.

We met at 4pm. When I arrived YuiMetal was already there and Misty had just loaded the contest board with 1,000 L$. So we could start right away, and soon the first guests came. It's really always special when we do an event at the Sunshine Garden. And due to the expansion we had done a few weeks earlier, the festival place in the garden also offers space for big events. The music Yuimetal had chosen probably made each of us dream.

More than 40 guests came, at the end 37 were together on the fairground and danced. We were very happy about the guests, and also about the fact that all but a few had put on festive clothes. For those who still didn't understand, we asked them to change their clothes. Unfortunately, we also had to expel 2 people from the site who had only come to park an ALT near the contest board and then go AFK, and this in an unsuitable outfit. So everyone could enjoy this special moment.  

The voting then also worked reasonably well. The board showed hardly any delays, and all guests were able to vote within an acceptable period of time. So we had 25 votes at the end. We said goodbye to our guests, and even though the board crashed after the payout, everything still worked that evening, and everyone received their prize. As always, most of the guests left us.

Of course there was an after-party. DJ Polpeta reminded us briefly of the topic with her opener, and every mama probably had to smile, but then played a wonderful romantic set. We took off our clothes and danced in lingerie. But it quickly became quieter in the garden, and many of our friends were drawn into real life.
