Summer Welcome Party

Summer begins on 21th of June in the northern hemisphere. We wanted to welcome it with an Party on our Caribbean Beach and invited everyone to a cheerful night at the beach. The sound of the breaking waves mixed with the shouting of seagulls making our beach so realxing. After our swimming lessons and the event about tanned skin and sunbathing in May we were all well prepared for this special event. And the beach is really an amazing place for a wonderful party with friends.

We didn't have to prepare much this time either. Probably everyone has a bikini or a bathing suit, and the beach is what it should be, a beach. So after the set we met in the club room at 4pm and opened the party.

Valantine was our DJ today and she entertained us with fresh summer music. So we were all in the right mood from the beginning and laughed a lot and danced together. 

The guests came quickly and there were more. The beginning of summer is always a special time in SecondLife, on the one hand there are around the anniversary of SecondLife (#SL16B) and the #PRIDE week a lot of events in the grid, on the other hand of course many inhabitants are also more busy in real life and have little time. So at the beginning we were not only curious but also nervous how many would come to our party today.

And already after half an hour it was clear that we would have many guests again. Even if again some of our friends couldn't come, because there were obligations in the RL, it quickly became fuller. And again some new members joined our group, we could win new guests with this event. The count of members  in the group is always a bit lower during the week, the group limits of SecondLife. But we could balance it out again and now there are 894 members in the group. Self if we celebrated the begin of summer, we don't want have a lesser count of guests and fewer members in our group.

We had more than 50 guests that evening again during the party. Of course not everyone could stay, some left early, others arrived late. So again 43 guests were together at the beach. Even though it seemed that some of them didn't take the warnings about the sharks seriously and left the beach a bit. But it is not easy either.

Time went by way too fast. After 2 hours we finished the main event. But we voted before. Many of the guests took part in the contest about 1,000 L$ (S) in the jackpot. We hoped that everything would work out this time. We have a new neighbour who is building just. And apparently is in breeding horses. We can only keep our fingers crossed, because unfortunately this often has permanent negative effects on the Sim. But the guests behaved well and the Sim held. So we were able to finish the voting on time. Out of 34 participants 33 cast one vote, and even if the board crashed at the end, the payout worked well.

So we could breathe a sigh of relief and looked forward to the after-party. Valantine kept us entertained with great summer music. These after-parties are always special at the Sunshine Realm, we have some pretty women with the Sunshine Girls, and at the end of the events the covers often fall. At the end we often dance with naked tits or sexy lingerie, and everyone has fun. There are a lot of fantasies, and some might have wanted to hide behind the rocks and have fun together in the shallow water on the beach. In the gentle waves are lying together while the waves are crashing on the shore and the seagulls are flying over you and screaming. But this is SecondLife, a world of dreams and fantasies, and it is wonderful to share them with others. When you close your eyes and let your dreams run wild, it can happen.

So a wonderful night was over at the Sunshine Realm. Most of them disappeared in bed, some disappeared like that. But already tomorrow we celebrate again at the beach, this time in the club. The 16th birthday of Secondlife is on Sunday, but since we are closed then, we celebrate into this one. You are all invited to join us. SecondLife, that's 16 years filled with fun, lots of fantasies and dreams #SL16B.
